While you are awayA high number of burglaries occur when properties are left empty, for example when home owners are away on holiday.
Most homes owners do no want to go to the expense and upheaval of having an alarm system installed in their home. Police resources are now very limited and domestic alarm response is not one of their first priorities, in most cases these go ignored or police response is delayed by hours or sometimes days. |
Our servicesWe can provide a variety of services to protect your empty property, our most popular service (home monitoring) starts at £145.00 per week this includes;
A face to face consultation to fully understand your requirements Installation of a portable, web based camera system in key locations around your property (these are completely unobtrusive and are free standing) Electronic equipment to simulate the property being occupied will also be installed after determining usual occupational patterns. Your empty property will also be visited at least once per week, we can collect post, put out bins etc to recreate the impression of full occupancy. In the event of a camera activation this will trigger an alert on the Drawbridge system that will prompt a response within minutes - This could include a attendance by our Drawbridge response team, calling the emergency services or simply confirming lawful attendance. We can happily provide a bespoke service that can include additional visits, house sitting and property cleaning etc whilst you are away. |
